Currently, I lead native UX design at Paradox. As the architect of our native design system, I oversee a suite of 9 HR products, ensuring a unified and compelling user experience. These products elevate client interactions for over 30 industry giants like McDonald's, FedEx, Disney, and Pepsi, impacting their 2.5M annual hires.
At Hi Dev, I served as a strategic design lead on an international team, driving 15+ design initiatives. Noteworthy projects include a SAAS product redesign that achieved a 70% clickthrough boost from 2M+ users, adopted by industry leaders RedBull and Sam Edelman. Additionally, I developed design systems for three in-house SAAS startups.
I graduated from Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle, where I earned the Artistic Excellence Full-Tuition Scholarship, specializing in Interaction and Experience Design (IXD) and a minor in General Design, emphasizing illustration and motion design. Guided by Seattle's creative leaders, I discovered my passion for accessible design.
